Swimming is great exercise. Keep it up. Generally, it is best to avoid acidic or spicy food as it can contribute to heart burn and reflux at night. Keep your salt intake at a minimum as well as it can increase your water retention. Ensure you are eating a balanced diet and drinking a good amount of fluids.

If you can send me an email letting me know how far along you are in your pregnancy and whether you are allergic to certain foods, I can give you some customized pointers.</description>
